My centre of attention always revolved around people. Nowadays, attracting the right talent and later on knowing how to empower them correctly is proving to be pivotal when it comes to competitive advantage of firms in today’s business environment.

This is why I have specialised in the fields that circle the needed strategies and bring out the best performance, collaboration and culture possible. Crafting the right agile strategy, developing a strong employer brand and truly living diversity are the ingredients needed to achieve that.

CONSULTANCY

For some time now consulting international and domestic firms on the matters of digital marketing, strategy and talent management. I strive towards making long lasting relationships with my business partners.

TEACHING

Currently lecturing courses connected to human resource management and guest lecturing marketing courses at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana.

RESEARCH

My research focus is vastly practice oriented and revolves around talent management, specifically diversity and inclusion. I collaborate with a group of very distinguished researches on other fields as well.

NON-PROFIT

I pledged to dive into non-profit activities in 2021, hoping to bring more attention to important social issues regarding my field as well as to increase general awareness.

ROLE

Management Consultant Researcher & Lecturer

My career started at a very early age of 15, when my friends and I developed, out of fun and curiosity, a unique game mode that attracted thousands of active players per month. Curiosity has then led me on through my whole life, enabling me to really step out of my comfort zone and tackle various different challenges – from being an engineer, marketer and now consultant and lecturer.

I have always managed to grab the right opportunity and bring the right knowledge, know-how and a different mindset to the table whenever needed. This has then allowed me to work with many international companies in disparate capacities.

Currently I am consulting three international companies, specifically in the fields of marketing strategy, business organization and talent management and three domestic companies, specifically in the fields of employer branding, diversity and inclusion and business organization.
